Pasta Fracasso is totally handmade: durum wheat is grown in our Ca 'Salvioni estate and is stone grounded; the semolina is kneaded with only pure water, bronze drawn and slowly dried. The result of modern agronomic techniques, gestures of ancient traditions and respect for nature is a pasta rich in aromas, with an intense and fragrant flavor that is unique in terms of protein and digestibility.
The pasta which bears our name is authentic and genuine... a taste is all it takes.
