SHIPMENT PAYMENT AND RETURNS
All orders are acquired after payment. Shipping orders will be entered immediately after receiving the payment. For shipments entered by 17:00 local time the parcel will be collected from our warehouse the next day the customer will receive the goods within three working days of the withdrawal. The shipping cost is 10.00 euro including VAT for pack from zero to thirty kilograms (actual weight).
The delivery can be done at the customer's address or wherever the customer wants.
The carrier will make two delivery attempts after that the package will remain in storage for free for ten days at the post office.
Nota Bene
Pasta Fracasso is not responsible for unforeseeable delays or those which are not attributable to it. The customer have to verify the integrity of packaging and products upon their receipt, making the appropriate written reserves with the carrier and promptly notifying the seller.
RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is regulated by d.lgs. n. 206/2005. If the customer intends to notify any not correspondence or appropriateness of one of the items delivered, it is obliged to give written notice to assistenza@pastamoltobene.it and awaiting instructions. The customer have to return the product purchased and the receipt of the related reimbursement. In case of withdrawal the customer is required to pay the shipping costs of the goods to be returned to Pasta Fracasso.
