By accepting this agreement the customer declares their acceptance of the General Conditions before placing any order. These General Conditions shall govern the contracts entered by Azienda Agricola Fracasso Lodovico (hereinafter Seller) with customer.
2) THE CHOICE OF PRODUCTS. ORDERS
Characteristics and prices of each product are shown on each product page.
For purchasing the products the customer must follow these instructions on our website.
The customer adds the product to the "Basket" and after reading the General Conditions and the Privacy Policy and confirming their acceptance, the customer inserts the shipping and billing data, if any, select the desires method of payment and confirm the order.
By submitting an order from our website, which has the value of a contractual offer, the customer acknowledge and declare to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept these General Conditions and the applicable terms of payment.
The agreement entered into between the seller and the customer must be considered as concluded once the order has been accepted by the seller. This acceptance is communicated to the customer through an email containing the order confirmation once this is completed the customer will print or save an electronic copy and keep these General Conditions in compliance with the Italian legislation in respect of distance contracts.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data entered during the buying procedure. The customer is not entitled to damages or compensation and any contractual or tort liability for direct or indirect damages to persons or property caused by lack of acceptance or avoidance of an order, even partial.

The product information are available on our website.
The graphic representation of the products on our website, if available, has the purpose of presenting them for sale and may not be perfectly representative of their features but may differ in colour and size. In case of a difference between the image and the product description, the description must prevail.
4) PRICES
Product prices are inclusive of all taxes and fees.
